Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robin Sir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Toro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Robin Sir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Toro!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Toro as he connects with a hook.
Toro bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Toro tries to sprawl but Sir drives through with a takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Toro is controlling Sir's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Sir looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Sir is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Toro to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.

Sir has gone for a leg lock! Toro slips out almost immediately though and dives into Sir's guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Sir had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Toro defends it easily.

My spies in WarZone Training Facility 1 inform me that Toro has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

That was a close round but I would say that Robin Sir will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Toro is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Sir asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Sir is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Toro defends well.

Sir has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Toro has passed into side control.

Sir pushes Toro off looking to stand but Toro dives back in and keeps control.

Toro decides to return to a standing position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Sir swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Toro throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Toro walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Sir takes a shot to the body in his stride.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Robin Sir will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Toro lands with a nice combination. Sir backs away looking to recover.
Sir misses with a hook. Toro ducked under it nicely.
Sir tries to clinch but Toro is having none of it.
Sir takes a swing at Toro's ribcage but misses.

Toro avoids the body shot from Sir.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Toro wants to clinch.
Toro dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mario Toro seems to be getting the better of the standup.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Toro enables Sir to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Toro manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Sir stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Toro swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Toro is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sir is controlling him.
Sir passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Sir scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Toro to see if he's OK.
Sir is looking to take a break and control but Toro is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Sir has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Toro can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sir, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
