Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Austin Patterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Black Mamba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mamba gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Patterson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Patterson breaks the clinch.
Mamba closes the distance looking to clinch
and Patterson finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Mamba misses with a takedown
and Patterson moves into the clinch.
Mamba looks winded!
Patterson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Patterson lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Mamba crumples to the floor! Patterson milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
