Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Oro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rasputin's entrance music is Evil Scarecrow- Robotatron. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Piotr Rasputin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Alan Oro!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin avoids the head kick by Oro.
Oro checks a leg kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Rasputin checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Rasputin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Oro.
Rasputin fails in his attempt to clinch.
Oro finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Oro digs a good hook to Rasputin's body.
Rasputin walks into a stiff left hand from Oro.
Rasputin throws a leg kick that misses.

Rasputin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Rasputin prevents Oro from improving his position.
Rasputin looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rasputin winds up and cracks Oro with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Oro blocking the ground and pound attempt from Rasputin.
Rasputin trying to mount his opponent but Oro defends it.
Rasputin takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Rasputin working the head and body with strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Oro regains full guard. Nicely done.
Rasputin scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Oro working for a triangle but Rasputin defends it easily.

Oro had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rasputin defends it easily.

Oro is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rasputin is aware though and is defending well.
Rasputin connects with a couple of short punches.
Rasputin trying to control but Oro is working from the bottom.

Oro has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Rasputin doesn't defend quickly enough and Oro has managed to lock this one up! Can Rasputin escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Oro on a fantastic submission victory.
