Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yermolai Sokoloff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Bowman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowman fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bowman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bowman wants to clinch.
Sokoloff throws a series of strikes that have Bowman backpedaling.
Bowman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Sokoloff leaves Bowman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

and Sokoloff counters with a nice uppercut.
Yermolai Sokoloff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nathan Bowman.
Bowman moves in looking to clinch but Sokoloff pushes him off.
Bowman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sokoloff but Sokoloff pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A nice leg kick lands there from Sokoloff.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bowman has closed the distance and engaged Sokoloff in a clinch.
Bowman prevents Sokoloff from breaking the clinch.

Sokoloff is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Bowman is trying to pull guard but Sokoloff turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Bowman is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Bowman tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sokoloff smiles and moves away.
Sokoloff checks the leg kick nicely there.
Bowman fails with the takedown.
Sokoloff turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bowman tries to clinch
and Sokoloff counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Sokoloff stuns Bowman with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Bowman looks winded!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sokoloff throws a leg kick which misses Bowman's front leg but catches the back leg as Bowman tries to avoid it.
Bowman with a lazy takedown attempt
and Sokoloff counters with a low kick, right behind Bowman 's knee.
Sokoloff dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

It looks like Nathan Bowman has been cut.
Sokoloff lands with a right and another and another! Bowman is in big trouble! Sokoloff lands again and this time it's lights out for Bowman! A quality knockout there for Sokoloff.
