The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Virkenes drops Endou with a right and a left! Virkenes comes rushing in but Endou regains his composure and manages to keep Virkenes in guard.

Endou is rocked!

It looks like Shikou Endou has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Endou has a closed guard, preventing Virkenes from standing up.
Endou is still in real trouble! Can Virkenes finish him?

and Endou counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Endou has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Virkenes is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Endou yanks on the arm and Virkenes is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Endou.
