Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simon Heywood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Laffite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heywood comes into the arena with Fast Food Song blaring out of the sound system. Jean Laffite will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heywood shoots in looking for a takedown but Laffite manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Heywood's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Laffite throws a sloppy head kick and Heywood moves out of range easily.

Horrible takedown by Heywood or perhaps it was just good defense by Laffite which made him look bad.

Laffite jerks Heywood's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Heywood drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Laffite goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Laffite because Heywood was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
