Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jakke Ruutu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Declan Duddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruutu comes to the cage accompanied by 50 Cent - I'm Supposed to Die Tonight. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddy jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nice body punch from Ruutu.
Duddy misses with a straight left.
A solid leg kick lands there for Ruutu.
The crowd cheers as Ruutu lands an impressive looking overhand right. Duddy doesn't seem phased though.
Ruutu feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Duddy's calf.
We've been told by Ruutu's head coaches at Amsterdamage that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Duddy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ruutu lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Duddy lands with a kick to the temple. Ruutu shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Duddy wants to break free but Ruutu has control.
Duddy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ruutu throws a low kick but Duddy avoids it.
Ruutu smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Ruutu avoids a punch combination nicely.

Duddy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ruutu tries to clinch there but Duddy circles away.
Ruutu connects with a single shot there.
Ruutu staying out of range there.
Duddy tried to score with a low kick but Ruutu checks it.
Duddy throws a series of punches but Ruutu moves out of range.
Ruutu scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Duddy takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Duddy connects with a looping right hand.
Duddy thows a left - swing and a miss!
Duddy throws a jab but it's blocked by Ruutu.
That kick from Ruutu tenderised Duddy's leg. Duddy is trying to keep his angry face on.

and Ruutu moves into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ruutu scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Ruutu misses with a hook from the clinch.

Duddy stalling in the clinch but Ruutu improves position.
Ruutu stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Ruutu managing to block the knees to the body from Duddy.
Ruutu decides to pull guard.
Ruutu is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Duddy has his hands clasped together but Ruutu extends and breaks Duddy's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Ruutu.
