Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Hawk!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simunek lands a left and a right that send Hawk crashing to the mat, dazed. Simunek thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Hawk is rocked!
Hawk looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Simunek closes the distance and clinches.
Hawk is still on wobbly legs! Can Simunek finish him?
Simunek dips a shoulder and cracks Hawk with a mighty uppercut! Hawk falls back against the cage and Simunek unloads with a barrage of strikes! Hawk is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Simunek screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Morten Simunek!
