Lesnar kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is here comes the pain. Brock Lesnar has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mengel throws a head kick but Lesnar moves out of range.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Mengel and Lesnar goes tumbling to the canvas! Mengel follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
It looks like Brock Lesnar has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mengel connects with a nice short shot to Lesnar's temple.
Lesnar is rocked!
Mengel prevents Lesnar from improving his position.
Mengel wants to stand up but Lesnar is controlling the position.
Lesnar gets back to full guard.
Mengel is working Lesnar over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Oh Lesnar is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mengel loads up on a big left hand. Lesnar felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Mengel looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Lesnar can't hide his disappointment, as Mengel celebrates the victory.
