The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Zen is looking to clinch.
Zen throws a front kick that sends Piehole stumbling back into the cage.

Zen rushes Piehole and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Zen tries a knee to the head but Piehole blocks it.
Piehole looking to throw knees to the head but Zen is blocking nicely.
Piehole wants to break the clinch but can't.
Zen drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Zen tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Zen landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Zen decides to pull guard.
Piehole tries to stand but Zen is controlling from the bottom.

Zen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Piehole can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Piehole wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Zen's closed guard. He's half up but Zen has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Zen pivots and extends the arm, Piehole falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Zen! Well done that man!
