Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Rios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Sonnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Tyson Rios has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyson Rios!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cain Sonnen!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rios scores with a shot to the body.
Rios tries to land a leg kick but Sonnen saw it coming and moves away.
Rios lands a nice shot that snaps Sonnen's head back.

It looks like Cain Sonnen has been cut.
Sonnen moves forwards but Rios connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Rios walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Sonnen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Rios scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rios thows a body shot but no joy.
Rios jabs at Sonnen's body.
Rios moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Sonnen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Rios scores with the left hand. Sonnen knows he should have avoided that one.
Rios lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

That has opened up Cain Sonnen's cut even more.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rios throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
A combination from Rios does no damage.
Rios lands a two punch combo.
Sonnen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rios connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sonnen scrambles back to his feet.
Rios definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Rios goes for a small jab and connects. Now Rios goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Sonnen stumbles back but Rios runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Sonnen to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Sonnen will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tyson Rios!
