Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Klein East (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holmes's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Everybody Knows My Name. East has chosen Cold as Ice- M.O.P. as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A telegraphed right hand from East misses the target.
East ducks under a wild hook from Holmes.

and Holmes counters with a head kick. That will keep East thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Klein East seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

East bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Holmes gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

East is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Holmes is just riding it out for now. East eventually gives up the hold.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Holmes, as that shot connected.

Holmes is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Holmes throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent East stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Holmes cracks East with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Holmes has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning East to stand back up!

East leaves his chin hanging out and Holmes seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! East crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
