Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maddox Madsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Te Rauparaha Ii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Madsen comes into the arena with Move Bitch blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rauparaha Ii gets caught napping as Madsen dives in and scores a takedown. Rauparaha Ii manages to retain guard.

Rauparaha Ii throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Madsen escapes and throws Rauparaha Ii's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Madsen wants to get up but he can't break Rauparaha Ii's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Rauparaha Ii has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Madsen is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Rauparaha Ii.
