The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marinescu steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Legacy.
Legacy throws a big shot that misses.
A punch combination from Legacy misses.
Legacy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Marinescu looks for a takedown but Legacy sprawls well.
Legacy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Marinescu shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Legacy defends it nicely.

Marinescu moves into the clinch.
Legacy has a couple of punches blocked by Marinescu.
Legacy tries to break the clinch but Marinescu is controlling the position.
Marinescu gets underhooks to prevent Legacy's takedown attempt.

Leave Legacy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Liviu Marinescu.

Legacy blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Legacy is looking to take this one to the mat.
Marinescu keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Legacy's efforts to push away.

Marinescu drops down looking for an ankle pick but Legacy pulls his leg out and moves away.
Marinescu has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Marinescu there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Liviu Marinescu has been cut.
An inside leg kick from Marinescu misses.
Marinescu shoots in looking for a takedown. Legacy tries to sprawl out of it but Marinescu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Legacy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Leave Legacy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Marinescu.

Marinescu drops his hands for a split second and Legacy immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Marinescu face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Legacy follows up with a right hand that knocks Marinescu into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
