Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guy Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malcolm Dare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Guy Simpson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Guy Simpson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson misses with an uppercut.
Simpson misses with a looping left.
Simpson throws a hook to the side of Dare's head but Dare sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dare walks into a jab.
Simpson misses with an uppercut.
Dare's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Dare duly obliges.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A slow jab from Simpson misses its intended target.
Dare tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Simpson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Simpson takes one to the chin there.
Nice straight punches there by Simpson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Simpson.
Horrible takedown by Dare or perhaps it was just good defense by Simpson which made him look bad.
Dare shoots for a takedown but Simpson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Simpson sends Dare crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Simpson is motioning to the referee to let Dare up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Malcolm Dare has been cut.
Malcolm Dare seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dare slips a jab and a cross from Simpson.

Dare is aggressively charging in as Simpson backs up avoiding any damage. Simpson tosses out a jab and Dare runs right into it face first! Dare is out cold! Simpson dropped down on all fours and is barking in Dare's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
