Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Manga Rosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and B Ron Trilliss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, B Ron Trilliss!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trilliss shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rosa's guard.
Trilliss tries to free his leg and advance position but Rosa is retaining full guard.
Trilliss working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Rosa's head.
Trilliss is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Rosa keeping moving, preventing Trilliss from controlling successfully.
Trilliss lands a couple of elbows.
Trilliss loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Trilliss trying to control but Rosa is working from the bottom.
Trilliss might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rosa haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Trilliss is working Rosa over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Rosa pulls Trilliss in close to his closed guard and prevents Trilliss from doing any damage or advancing position.

Rosa is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Trilliss frees his head nicely. Oh but Rosa has switched to an armbar! Trilliss is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
