Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rason Fairs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Toro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fairs comes to the cage accompanied by eye of the tiger. Toro has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Mario Toro is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fairs moves out of range as Toro strikes.
Fairs tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Toro was well out of range. Poor timing from Fairs.
Fairs misses with a double jab.
Toro looks to land a right hand but Fairs moved out of range.
Fairs shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Fairs is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Fairs shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Fairs showed some decent athleticism there.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Fairs here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Fairs has picked Toro up - he's going for a ride! Fairs dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
