Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Ferguson.
Ferguson throws a low kick but Pending moves out of range easily.
Ferguson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pending tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ferguson is in Pending's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Ferguson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Pending looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Ferguson content to stall in guard here.
Pending working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Ferguson has passed into half guard!
Ferguson works his way into full mount!
Pending bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Pending wants to control from the top but Ferguson keeps moving.

Pending pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ferguson is keeping the position for now.
Pending advances position into side control!
Pending working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Pending tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Pending trying to control the position but Ferguson is working away.
Ferguson is looking to regain half guard here but Pending keeps moving and retains side control.
Ferguson wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
Pending is trying to get an arm triangle but Ferguson is defending well.
Ferguson can't do much from the bottom here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pending in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Ferguson is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
