Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Zlatko Horvat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ed Karate!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karate throws a body kick that misses.
Karate keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Karate scores with a jab. Horvat acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Karate scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Horvat is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Horvat is letting Karate control him for a moment.
Karate throws a strike aimed at the side of Horvat's head but Horvat avoids it well.
Karate in side control, throwing shots but Horvat defends.
Karate creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Horvat sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Horvat is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Karate is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Horvat will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Horvat knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Karate on the ground.

Horvat is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Karate is controlling him well.
Karate is putting a hurting on Horvat here, landing some big shots from side control.

Karate misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Horvat avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Karate.
Karate lands a few punches from side control.
Horvat is working to avoid the ground and pound but Karate connects with a decent elbow.
Karate content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
