Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obasi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Statham.
Statham tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Statham shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Obasi as he jumps to the side.

and Statham counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Statham postures up and lands a big shot to Obasi's brow.
Obasi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Statham makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Obasi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Statham can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Obasi has his foot on Statham's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Statham works his way back into a safe position though.

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Statham and the ref steps in to end the fight! Statham can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
