Niupulusu has chosen Cyclops - Danny Brown as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Niupulusu closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Niupulusu presses Averson against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Niupulusu manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Niupulusu gets through Averson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

It looks like Kurt Averson has been cut.
Niupulusu lands with a short shot to the head.

Averson tries to score a body lock takedown but Niupulusu shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Averson wants to break free but Niupulusu has control.

Averson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Niupulusu cracks Averson with a good jab.

Niupulusu darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Averson's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Niupulusu before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
