Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between MT Boxing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauri Kunnas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kunnas has chosen Jumal x10 Lavis - Jeesus as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxing throws a leg kick which misses Kunnas's front leg but catches the back leg as Kunnas tries to avoid it.
A chopping leg kick lands by Boxing.
Boxing ducks under a wild hook from Kunnas.
Kunnas is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Boxing.
Boxing swings for the body but Kunnas moves out of range.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kunnas, right into the meat.
Kunnas misses with a low kick.
Nice straight punches there by Kunnas. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Kunnas.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kunnas scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like MT Boxing has been cut.
Kunnas takes a swing at Boxing's ribcage but misses.
Kunnas lands a nice leg kick that just misses Boxing's sensitive parts.
Boxing throws a body punch but Kunnas moves out of range.
Mauri Kunnas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boxing checks the leg kick nicely there.
Kunnas checks a low kick from Boxing.
Boxing throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Kunnas smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Boxing takes a swing at Kunnas's ribcage but misses.
Boxing throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kunnas clinches up against the ropes.
Boxing takes a knee right on the jaw!
Kunnas manages to break the clinch.
A low kick from Boxing is predictable there
and Kunnas counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Boxing is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boxing is looking to score with low kicks.
Kunnas thuds a left hand into Boxing's body.
Kunnas throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Boxing walks into a big right hand from Kunnas and goes down! The referee sends Kunnas to a neutral corner as Boxing gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
Boxing stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kunnas.
Kunnas tries a low kick but Boxing avoids it.
Boxing chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kunnas can pounce on him.
Kunnas lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kunnas fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Boxing ducks into a a hook from Kunnas and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!
Kunnas rushes Boxing and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Boxing takes a knee right on the jaw!
A nice glancing elbow lands by Kunnas.
Boxing is rocked!
Kunnas manages to break the clinch.
Oh Boxing is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kunnas closes the distance and lands a lead uppercut that stumbles Boxing back against the ropes! Kunnas follows up with a jab and a huge straight right that knocks Boxing out cold! What a finish! Kunnas looks absolutely delighted, as he should do! Congratulations that man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mauri Kunnas!
An out of breath Mauri Kunnas thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
