The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggler throws a low kick but Mityou avoids it.
Mityou shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Diggler pinned against the cage. Diggler gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Diggler counters with a three punch combo that has Mityou backing up. Mityou nods at Diggler to acknowledge the strikes.
Diggler shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mityou as he avoids it easily.

Diggler shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mityou 's guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Derk Diggler.
