Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Pots (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shikou Endou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Endou has chosen Killing in the name of - Rage Against The Machine as his entrance music. Shikou Endou told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pots closes this distance looking for a takedown but Endou circles away.

Endou closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Pots escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pots is trying hard to land a takedown here. Endou sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Endou lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pots circles away quickly and effectively.

and Endou counters with a nice double leg into side control. Pots won't be happy with that.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Pots. That's going to take a lot out of him.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Endou trying to control the position but Pots is working away.
Endou wants to stand but Pots is controlling his arm.
Pots is trying to work for a sweep but Endou has mounted him!
Endou is looking to stand but Endou has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Endou wants to control the pace but Pots is squirming around nicely.

Endou is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Pots can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Endou quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Endou but it's paid off an Pots is forced to tap! Nice work by Endou.
