Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ima Yerface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke On Roids (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yerface comes to the cage accompanied by In Flames - Like You Better Dead. On Roids has chosen Duke Nukem Quotes! as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
On Roids changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
On Roids shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yerface as he jumps to the side.
On Roids displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Yerface throws out the jab.

On Roids closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as On Roids accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Yerface lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for On Roids!
On Roids has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
On Roids tries to buck Yerface off but he can't manage it.
Yerface lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Duke On Roids will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

On Roids throws a right hand that Yerface ducks under and follows up with a left that Yerface also avoids with ease.

Yerface has been working on his balance at Disciples Top Team , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by On Roids.

Yerface is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

On Roids is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

On Roids will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

On Roids looks to land a combination. Yerface sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd cheers as Yerface lands an impressive looking overhand right. On Roids doesn't seem phased though.

On Roids is rocked!
On Roids walks straight into a right hand from Yerface - that's dropped him! Yerface jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save On Roids from any more punishment! On Roids complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
