That kick from Pamaus tenderised Williams's leg. Williams is trying to keep his angry face on.
Williams is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Look low, kick high! Pamaus uses the oldest trick in the book to send Williams tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Pamaus is absolutely delighted - when Williams wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
