Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Rousey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dmonray Malapitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rousey comes to the cage accompanied by Psycho Bitch by Tech N9ne. Malapitan has chosen My Time is Now as his entrance music. Ronald Rousey has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malapitan moves out of range of the strikes.
Rousey jabs Malapitan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Rousey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Malapitan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rousey tries to land a front kick but Malapitan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Rousey connects with a looping right hand.
Malapitan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Rousey has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Malapitan avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Malapitan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

and Malapitan counters with a single leg into guard. Rousey didn't expect that.
Rousey is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ronald Rousey will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
