Evans comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica- For Whom The Bell Tolls. Nick Bako has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Greg Evans's chin.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bako cracks a nice hook into Evans's ribs.
Bako slips a jab and a cross from Evans.
A jab-cross combination lands for Bako and sends Evans crashing to the mat! Bako follows him down to the mat - Evans regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Greg Evans has been cut.

Bako postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Evans to stand up.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Evans moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Bako throws a left and a right that both miss
and Evans counters with a series of strikes. Bako will be more careful next time no doubt.
Bako digs a good body shot into Evans's ribs.
Evans really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Nick Bako seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Bako, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Evans has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Evans there as he acknowledges the shot.
Bako lands a left and a right that sends Evans crashing to the canvas! Bako dives into mount looking to finish!

Evans is squirming around, avoiding Bako's attempts to control the action.

Bako fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Evans is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bako pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Bako lands a big shot there that rocks Evans but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

BOOM! Bako connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Evans is in a horrible position here. Bako smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Bako looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Evans wants to control but Bako is having none of it.

Bako lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Bako jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Evans is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Evans and Bako has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Evans connects with the punch.
Evans lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bako backs up against the cage.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bako ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Evans moves away.

and Evans counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A combination from Evans does no damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nick Bako dominated that round.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Evans looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bako is fending him off so far but Evans persists. Nope, Bako circles away and we're back to standing.

and Evans counters with a left right combination that sends Bako crashing to the mat - Evans wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Bako out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
