Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ricky White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Marston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White comes to the cage accompanied by Chelsea Dagger. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ricky White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Marston!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marston pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Marston shoots and misses

so White counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
White trying to control but Marston is working from the bottom.
White throwing strikes but missing.
White connects with a couple of short punches.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Marston is on top in guard.
White is pulling down on Marston's head. It's preventing any offense from Marston, at least for the moment.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
White has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
White is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Marston trying to stand up but can't free himself from White's guard.
White keeping moving, preventing Marston from controlling successfully.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. John Marston wasn't active enough on the ground.
White paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
White ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marston moves away.
White connects with a single shot there.
Marston doesn't succeed with the takedown

and White counters with a takedown into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Marston looking for a sweep but White has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Marston is in a horrible position here. White smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marston is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

White looking to finish Marston with some ground and pound. This is bad for Marston!

Marston is rocked!
White scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Marston is still in real trouble! Can White finish him?
White drops a big elbow. That's hurt Marston! More shots from White and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
