Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brett Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Devin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Brett Mason has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Devin tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mason swivels and escapes.
No luck for Mason with that takedown attempt.

and Devin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A nice combination there by Mason.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Devin connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Mason some visible discomfort.

Let's hope that Devin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Devin slips a nice elbow through Mason's hands, connecting with Mason's forehead.
Devin lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Mason quite badly. Mason pulls Devin in close trying to recover. Devin postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Mason on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Mason doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
