Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jones Zica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zica comes to the cage accompanied by Master of Puppets by Metallica. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zica tries to clinch there but Morrison circles away.
Morrison avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zica darts in trying to clinch
and Morrison counters by clinching up.
Morrison tries to score a body lock takedown but Zica shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Still in the clinch, Zica scores with a nice short uppercut.
Zica misses with the head strike.
Zica lands a left hand that snaps the head of Morrison backwards.
Zica lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Morrison backwards.
Morrison's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jones Zica seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zica throws a big shot that misses.
Morrison fails with an attempt to clinch.
Zica is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Zica throws a looping overhand right but Morrison ducks down to avoid it.
Morrison tries to clinch up but Zica circles away and keeps his distance.
Zica motions for Morrison to come forward. Zica throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Zica pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zica throws out a loose jab but Morrison uses good head movement to avoid it.
Zica throws a right and a left that Morrison avoids nicely.
Morrison takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Morrison tries to clinch up but Zica circles away and keeps his distance.
Zica throws an overhand right that lands on Morrison's shoulder, as Morrison tries to avoid the shot.

and Zica counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Morrison takes one to the side of the head.
Nice uppercut there from Zica.
Morrison shoots in looking for a takedown but Zica manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Morrison's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Morrison slips under a jab.
Zica misses with a looping left.

Morrison throws a combination that misses
and Zica connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Zica connects with a good right hand that stumbles Morrison. Morrison circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Morrison looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Zica is fending him off so far but Morrison persists. Nope, Zica circles away and we're back to standing.
Jones Zica has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Morrison.
Morrison closes the distance and clinches up with Zica, looking for a takedown. Morrison pushes Zica against the cage but Zica circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Morrison takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Good shot there by Zica.
Zica lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Tommy Morrison has been cut.
Morrison wants to clinch.
Zica moves into the clinch.
Morrison is trying to pull guard but Zica turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Morrison escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Zica's corner calls for a 1-2. Zica obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Morrison is rocked!

Zica connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Morrison is still on wobbly legs! Can Zica finish him?
Zica lands an uppercut, right on the button! Morrison tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jones Zica!
An out of breath Jones Zica thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
