Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between DD Buttlover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Puhakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Puhakka moves into the clinch.

Buttlover is looking for a kimura but Puhakka is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Buttlover to get the leverage.

Buttlover drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Puhakka dives on top into guard.
Puhakka controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Let's hope that Puhakka has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Buttlover is looking for a triangle but Puhakka pushes his legs off easily.

Puhakka uses his free foot to push down on Buttlover's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Buttlover.
Buttlover is looking to improve his position but Puhakka isn't that keen on the idea.
Puhakka postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Buttlover looks a forlorn figure.
