The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faulk slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Brave pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Faulk throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Brave stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Brave throws a head kick that misses
and Faulk counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Brave tests Faulk's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Faulk scoring well with a low kick there.
Faulk connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Brave's hands.
Brave tries a head kick but it misses.
Good leg kick by Faulk there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Brave tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Faulk misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Faulk scores with a nice right hand.
Rod Brave seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Brave lands a big head kick that sends Faulk tumbling to the mat! Brave takes a step backwards and waves Faulk back to his feet - he wants the finish!
