Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Julio Amoroso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Caspar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Amoroso might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Renegades of Funk - Rage Against The Machine. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caspar misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Julio Amoroso has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of BJ Caspar.

Amoroso changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Caspar looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Amoroso is looking to take a break and control but Caspar is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Amoroso tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Amoroso has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Amoroso shoots for a double leg takedown but Caspar sprawls well. He's pushed Amoroso's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Amoroso looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Caspar is fending him off so far but Amoroso persists. Nope, Caspar circles away and we're back to standing.

Amoroso closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Amoroso will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Amoroso isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Caspar stacks Amoroso on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Caspar!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Caspar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Amoroso is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Amoroso is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Caspar doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Amoroso.
Caspar is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Amoroso's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Amoroso's back!
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Caspar's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
