Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kauko Partio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Partio comes to the cage accompanied by Nightwish - Crimson Tide. Black has chosen yes as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Partio defends well and Black ends up having to push Partio into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Black lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Black isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Partio stacks Black on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Partio!

I was talking to Partio's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
