The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffon lands a high kick to the side of Kelso's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Griffon dives into guard, looking to finish.
Kelso is rocked!
It looks like Michael Kelso has been cut.
Griffon advances to half guard.
Oh Kelso is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Griffon wants to stand up but Kelso has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Griffon is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kelso doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Griffon.
Kelso wants to improve his position but Griffon is controlling well.
Griffon is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Griffon trying to pass the guard but Kelso defending well.
Kelso seems to have got his legs back now.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Griffon decides to stand up.
Kelso misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Griffon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Griffon circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Kelso drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Griffon follows Kelso to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
