The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nile.
Nile throws a nice head kick!


It looks like Sean Kingston has been cut.
Kingston avoids the head kick by Nile.

Nile lands a big head kick that sends Kingston tumbling to the mat! Nile takes a step backwards and waves Kingston back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kingston throws a hook but Nile avoids it easily.

Kingston drops Nile with a right and a left! Kingston comes rushing in but Nile regains his composure and manages to keep Kingston in guard.

Nile avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Kingston postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Nile working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kingston.
Kingston must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Nile is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kingston defends well.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Kingston tries to break the clinch but Nile is controlling the position.

Nile lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Kingston lands with a short shot to the head.
Nile lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Nile throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Kingston blocks it with crossed arms.

Kingston is trying to push Nile away but Nile has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Kingston is trying to force a seperation but Nile has the dominant position.
Kingston wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Nile has him pressed against the cage.

Kingston wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Nile landing knees to the body.

Kingston is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Nile gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kingston wants to stall.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Sean Kingston will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A chopping leg kick lands by Nile.

Kingston takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nile lands with a slapping head kick.


That has opened up Sean Kingston's cut even more.
King Nile seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kingston swinging wildly here.
Nile throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kingston is breathing heavily.
Kingston is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nile moves into range and connects with a jab.
Nile cracks Kingston with a hook to the temple - Kingston is on wobbly legs here! Nile swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kingston falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Nile wins by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). King Nile!
King Nile is the new super heavyweight champion!
Post fight, King Nile stared into the camera and said 'That right big fella. Only room for one King in this cage. '.
