Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Placido Casido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Esnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Esnar has chosen 10,000 Fists in the Air as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esnar thows a left - swing and a miss!

Casido closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Casido has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Esnar is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Casido.

Casido bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Esnar slaps away a takedown attempt from Casido, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Esnar lands with an uppercut that bounces Casido off the cage and back into range.
Esnar sizes up Casido with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Esnar connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Esnar cracks Casido with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Casido tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Esnar pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Casido is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
