Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lorenzo Fertitta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fertitta tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Fertitta is looking to clinch but Morgan is avoiding it.
Fertitta stuffs the takedown.

Morgan swats away the attempt to clinch by Fertitta.
Morgan looks for a takedown but Fertitta sprawls well.
Morgan throws a series of punches but Fertitta avoids them all with ease.

Fertitta tries a knee to the head but Morgan blocks it.

Morgan drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Fertitta manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Morgan has Fertitta in his guard.

Morgan is pulling down on Fertitta's head. It's preventing any offense from Fertitta, at least for the moment.

Morgan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fertitta can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Morgan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Morgan is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Fertitta can't fight it off and eventually Morgan manages to take the fight to the floor. Fertitta looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fertitta tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Morgan paws at him with a jab and circles away.

No joy there for Fertitta, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fertitta tries to close the distance and clinch but Morgan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Morgan shoots in for a double leg but Fertitta sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Lorenzo Fertitta has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Damien Morgan.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fertitta lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Morgan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Morgan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Damien Morgan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fertitta jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Fertitta stuffs the takedown attempt from Morgan. Morgan gets slowly back to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Morgan or perhaps it was just good defense by Fertitta which made him look bad.

Fertitta closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Morgan manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Morgan. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!

Fertitta is trying to defend against the choke here but Morgan has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Morgan Tightens the hold and Fertitta taps out furiously! Morgan displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
