Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Smrda Mudic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buck Marley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smrda Mudic has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mudic lands a jab-cross combination.
Mudic swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
No joy there for Mudic, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice defenses there by Mudic.
Mudic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mudic looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Marley steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mudic.
Mudic fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Marley manages to avoid it.
Mudic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mudic misses with an uppercut. Marley saw that one coming.
Mudic lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Marley circles away quickly and effectively.
Marley throws out a loose jab but Mudic uses good head movement to avoid it.

Marley is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mudic's half guard.

Marley looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Marley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mudic. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Buck Marley was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Marley throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mudic was covering up waiting for the punch and Marley finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Mudic has his foot on Marley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Marley works his way back into a safe position though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Marley seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Marley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mudic is refusing to be controlled, as Marley sits in half guard.

Marley is taking a breather. Mudic says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Buck Marley will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Mudic lands with a nice body punch.
Marley throws a head kick that misses.

Mudic lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Marley can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Mudic and Marley drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Mudic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Smrda Mudic!

After the fight, Smrda Mudic was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
