Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Buscape Buscape (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Quignon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buscape gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Quignon moves into the clinch.
Quignon manages to break the clinch.
Quignon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Buscape napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Buscape takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Quignon thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Buscape is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Quignon scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Buscape to see if he's OK.
Buscape manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Buscape slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Buscape looking to hit a scissor sweep but Quignon is one step ahead there.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Buscape is on top in guard.
Quignon wants to sweep but no luck.
Buscape is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Quignon is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Quignon has escaped and now he's on top!

Buscape has momentary wrist control but Quignon slips an elbow through the middle.
Buscape is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Buscape tries to get to full guard but Quignon has control of the leg.
Quignon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Buscape. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Quignon seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Buscape is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Quignon's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Quignon's back!
Quignon is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Buscape gets his way!

Buscape drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Quignon manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Buscape has Quignon in his guard.

and Quignon counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Quignon lands a couple of elbows.
Buscape bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Quignon's guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Quignon holds on and takes a little breather.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Quignon is pulling down on Buscape's head. It's preventing any offense from Buscape, at least for the moment.

Buscape is trying to get an arm triangle but Quignon is defending well.

Quignon is nestled in close to Buscape, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Quignon seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Buscape wants to get back to full guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Quignon winds up and cracks Buscape with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Buscape looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Quignon has picked Buscape up and slammed him! Buscape can't keep hold of the triangle and Quignon manages to pass to side control!

Buscape seems a little lost for a moment, as Quignon dominates the positioning.

Quignon rolls, trying to escape but Buscape keeps control of the position.
Quignon wants to get back to his feet.

Buscape has his arm under Quignon's chin here. Game over son! Buscape squeezes tightly and Quignon is forced to tap out!
