Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Snake Shadow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Fidle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shadow comes into the arena with Snake in the Eagles Shadow blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shadow fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fidle manages to avoid it.
We've been informed that Fidle has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Fidle takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Fidle moves away from the strike by Shadow.
Shadow throws a hook to the side of Fidle's head but Fidle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Shadow has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Shadow throws a right hand that Fidle ducks under and follows up with a left that Fidle also avoids with ease.
Shadow scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Fidle with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Shadow to score with a decent uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
