The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caporale displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lis.
Lis shoots and misses
and Caporale counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Caporale closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lis to the mat! Lis manages to get full guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Caporale content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Caporale is looking to stand up but Lis won't let him.

Caporale shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Lis takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Caporale sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Lis bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
