PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abu Papu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Springer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Papu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to abu theme. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Springer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Papu swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Jerry Springer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Papu fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Springer looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A jab from Papu finds it's way through Springer's defenses.
Springer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Papu throws a series of punches but Springer avoids them all with ease.
Springer pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Springer looks to land a combination but Papu avoids it well.
Papu digs a good body shot into Springer's ribs.
Papu jabs Springer to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Papu lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Papu scores with a hook to the body. Springer takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Papu lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Springer sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Papu lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Springer is looking to close the distance but Papu sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Springer crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Springer is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
