The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bon Peza fails with an attempt to clinch.
The fighters circle momentarily. Suggs darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Suggs throws a hook but Bon Peza blocks it.
Suggs has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Men of Mayhem in the buildup to the fight.
Some bone on bone action there as Bon Peza checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Suggs swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bon Peza shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Suggs sprawls well. Suggs wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bon Peza gets slowly back to his feet.

Suggs connects with a combination that backs up Bon Peza into the cage. Suggs lands a flurry of punches that gets past Bon Peza's guard. Bon Peza is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Suggs bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
