Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Shields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drizzt Do Urden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson Shields could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Drizzt Do Urden's chin.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shields looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Do Urden is fending him off so far but Shields persists. Nope, Do Urden circles away and we're back to standing.
Do Urden looks to land a combination. Shields sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Shields fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Do Urden avoids it really well and circles away.
Do Urden shoots in but no luck this time.
Shields tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Do Urden holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Shields's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Do Urden drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Shields gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Shields is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Do Urden is defending well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyson Shields. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Do Urden is looking to break free of the clinch but Shields has double underhooks.
Shields tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Do Urden just stands there and leans against the cage.

Shields knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Do Urden on the ground.
Do Urden is trying to maintain the position but Shields is very close to passing his half guard.
Do Urden makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Do Urden.
Shields thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Do Urden looking to hit a scissor sweep but Shields is one step ahead there.
Do Urden looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Do Urden is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Do Urden working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Shields doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Shields manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Do Urden escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Shields gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Do Urden manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Shields is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Do Urden scoring with strikes but Shields is staying in there.
Do Urden prevents Shields from getting the reversal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Do Urden with shots to the head and body - Shields looks very uncomfortable down there.
Shields can't escape the position.
Do Urden is landing with some decent strikes but Shields is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Shields is rocked!
Do Urden prevents Shields from getting the reversal.
Oh Shields is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shields tries to hold on but Do Urden postures up.
Do Urden fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Do Urden lands a big elbow - Shields is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Shields is forced to tap out!
