Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Notte Flappie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Bloodthorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Notte Flappie could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Eric Bloodthorn's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eric Bloodthorn!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Flappie.
Bloodthorn moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Flappie moves to clinch but Bloodthorn breaks away
and Bloodthorn finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Bloodthorn buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bloodthorn stuffs the takedown.

Flappie looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bloodthorn wants to improve his position but Flappie is controlling well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bloodthorn is controlling Flappie's trapped leg to prevent Flappie from advancing to side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bloodthorn tries to get to full guard but Flappie has control of the leg.
Flappie seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Notte Flappie.
Bloodthorn darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Bloodthorn scores with a kick to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Both fighters circling a little - Bloodthorn finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Flappie is breathing heavily.

Bloodthorn lands a big head kick that sends Flappie tumbling to the mat! Bloodthorn takes a step backwards and waves Flappie back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Flappie is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bloodthorn thows a body kick. Flappie tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Oh Flappie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bloodthorn connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Bloodthorn looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Eric Bloodthorn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Flappie drops his hands momentarily. Bloodthorn doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Flappie staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Flappie doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
