The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lehtonen misses with a takedown
and Hermansson counters by moving into the clinch.
Hermansson lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Hermansson lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lehtonen or not.
Hermansson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Hermansson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lehtonen backwards.
A hook to the body from Hermansson.
Lehtonen goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hermansson prevents it.
Lehtonen is trying to force a seperation but Hermansson has the dominant position.
Lehtonen wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Hermansson has hold of one of Lehtonen's legs. Lehtonen is fighting the takedown attempt but Hermansson gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Hermansson stands up and waves to Lehtonen to follow him.
Hermansson lands with an overhand left.
Lehtonen is rocked!
Hermansson fakes the body blow, causing Lehtonen to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Lehtonen goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

A relieved looking Jan Olov Hermansson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
