Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Grazze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Killer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joseph Grazze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, King Killer!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Killer.
Killer wants to clinch but Grazze slips to the side
and Grazze counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Grazze fails to land the takedown.
Grazze shoots for a double leg takedown but Killer sprawls well. He's pushed Grazze's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Killer fails with the takedown.
Killer goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Grazze shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Grazze prevents Killer from standing back up.
Well, if Grazze is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Killer wants to improve his position but Grazze is controlling well.

Horrible takedown by Killer or perhaps it was just good defense by Grazze which made him look bad.

Grazze shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Killer's guard.

Killer has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Grazze uses from the top position.

Grazze uses his free foot to push down on Killer's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Killer.

Killer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Killer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Killer wants it to stay on the feet.
Killer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Grazze circles away.
Killer throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Grazze avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Joseph Grazze has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Killer scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Killer's jab looks to have found its range, popping Grazze under the eye.
No joy there for Killer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
King Killer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Killer is looking to clinch but Grazze is avoiding it.

Killer tries to bum rush Grazze with a series of wild strikes but Grazze uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Killer throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Grazze's waist but Grazze gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Killer off to one side.

Grazze throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Killer tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Grazze is in Killer's guard.

Grazze on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Killer tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Grazze manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Grazze shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Killer's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Killer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Grazze doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Grazze manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

and Grazze makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Grazze throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Grazze fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Killer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Grazze closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Killer's guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grazze perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Killer is trying to control but can't.
King Killer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Joseph Grazze is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Grazze, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
