The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikolaev shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Leonidas but Leonidas pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That kick from Leonidas tenderised Nikolaev's leg. Nikolaev is trying to keep his angry face on.

Achilles Leonidas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vladimir Nikolaev.
